"I rented an apartment there for almost 3 years and everything that could go wrong with the maintenance did, the apartments was filthy when I got the keys and it always smell liked cigarette smoke. The manager and her daughter are mean and both have anger issues."
"I stayed at Douglas Arms apartment for about 6 months. The sewage of my shower backed into my entire house and the landlord failed to answer all but one phone calls for an entire week before attempting to get it fixed. My front door was split in half before I moved in and wasn’t fixed for three months, after multiple complaints about safety. Douglas Arms was my first apartment here in Nevada and I will never rent from their management again."
