"This apartment complex has been the target of crime for months. It began with smash and grab car break-ins, which we were victims of, and has recently been the target of further break-ins and theft beyond just vehicles. When my car was broken into in December, we were told security patrol would be increased. Last night, our garage was broken into (as well as several others) and we lost thousands of dollars worth of items. We filed a police report, notified management, and so far we have received nothing but a generic response about taking the situation seriously. I will be more than happy to update this review when the underlying issues of this is resolved, but for now, Do not subject yourself to a lease in a crime riddled apartment complex as you will be stuck as a tenant on this property when your unit, car, and/or garage are targeted next."

"I had the worst experience of my life, trying to rent out these apartments that are supposedly luxurious whenever I went through the process it was horrendous, especially since no one knew what they were talking about. I had misled information from the start, even from the supervisor and this place I would never recommend anybody, if you pay to live here might as well slap yourself in the face because this is as much as you'll be paying to rent out a house luxurious more like trash because that's the respect and mannerism they have there if I could give zero stars I would I just want to inform people so you guys know what you guys are getting yourself into .have a nice day"

"My girlfriend and I first signed our lease with Jacqueline a great person and super easy to work with. But now management has changed to a young man that has no respect or honesty when it comes to residents. It’s a complete 180 from what we were expecting and I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone. It’s sad really"

"I’m very surprised there are not more negative reviews of this place. I was first completely blown off for a tour that I had scheduled well in advance. I even called to confirm that I was on the calendar. I arrived and they were eating lunch and could not meet with me. They didn’t even acknowledge my presence until I knocked on the door 10 minutes past my appointment time. They agreed to meet with me the next day. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in their automatic door system so they could not access the leasing office. No tour that day either. I was very kind about all of this and in spite of it, I chose to apply. It took about 1.5 weeks to process my application when I was told it would take 3 days. I was also told if I applied by December 20th, they would honor the rent special. This was not true. It was only weeks after submitting my application that I was told they could not honor the rent special and I had already given notice due to them telling me my application was likely to be approved. So now I’m scrambling to find a place because they did not communicate with me properly. On top of that, in spite of multiple units being available online, they tell me an ADA unit is all that’s available now. I just about beg for photos of it that are never sent. When they allegedly are sent, they’re sent to the wrong email. An email I did not type incorrectly on my application so I’m not sure where they got this email from. I still have not seen the photos. I’ve basically been ghosted since then in spite of spending over $200 applying that I’ll probably never get back. I’ve called many times and they usually don’t answer or they leave me on hold until I have no choice but to hang up. I suspect because I don’t have an excellent credit score they decided to give me the runaround and treat me like I’m less than human by offering me the least desirable unit they have. I’m not even sure it’s legal to offer an ADA unit to someone who isn’t disabled. They’re clearly majorly understaffed so I want to acknowledge that this may not be par for the course with this apartment complex and that it’s probably not the leasing offices fault. But I don’t think this is a good time to be applying here. They’re clearly dealing with some internal issues and I’m sure it has an impact on other day to day processes like maintenance requests. Edit: literally everything that was just said in response to me is an absolute lie. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and the leasing agent was having lunch. I did not receive any photos nor was a two bedroom offered to me. I was open to an ADA unit and I said that, but no photos were provided. I was not informed until after my application was in process that the only unit available was ADA. What an awful response."

"Jacquelyn helped me make my cross country move so seamless and stress free! She is always making sure things are done correctly and made me feel so welcome! Haley is also one of my favorites she helped walk my puppy for me one day when I couldn’t get home from work to do it. Paige is also great! She’s so understanding and humble when it comes to discussing disagreements upon other residents. She will make sure everyone feels included and receives fair treatment.These 3 women made my stay at Keystone Trailhead Village an awesome experience! Thank you ladies for all of your hard work and caring spirits! Also, I want to say the maintenance team is so fast and efficient when anything needed replacing or fixing they got the job done quickly. I could put in a work order at night and by the morning they were in my apartment. Thank you guys as well!"
