"I personally really enjoy being here. I've only been here half a year so far and definitely enjoy it. It took me a while to adjust to not having a dishwasher, but for the size that it's listed to be this is the most spacious apartment I've ever lived in and I'm super grateful to have a backyard. Someone threw a rock at the window and the office jumped into action a lot quicker than I expected considering I've ran into issues with staff at other complexes not caring about their residents and I personally feel like any time I've needed to speak to them they have been nothing but kind and understanding. Erica being the person who helped us sign our lease I talk to her more than anyone here just cuz I tend to speak to people I spoke to before rather than trying to get to know a new person and she is always extremely kind, respectful and goes out of her way to help. leasing and maintanence isn't always an easy job to have. But I want them to know I value and appreciate everything they have done and the efforts they do put in here. The text message system they have to help notify residents of upcoming events or situations to notify there residents really helps also."

"They allow the towing company they employ to tow out of their tenants assigned parking spots because they get a kick back from the towing company. They have a complete disregard for any of thier tenants. The apartments are disgusting and over priced. The maintenance takes over a week to respond, if ever. Stay away from this place. I was living in my van previously and would do anything to live in it again but need to finish my out my lease and my van was towed away and I have lost my job as a result."

"I am moving to Reno and was going to rent here but after reading the review and how horrible they really, I have Changed my mind. Upon reading the reviews I see that management takes absolutely no responsibility and blames the tenants for everything when it’s management’s responsibility to handle them. Management doesn’t t seem to have or know how customer service works. The tenants are the paying customers they are should always be right and the needs of the apartment for the tenants should always be met instead of blaming the tenants. New management should be hired considering the currents ones don’t know how to manage. It’s time to look for a new job!! Tenants pay to live there not for you to blame them for things that go wrong there."

"I moved in a year ago onto their Linden Street One-Bedroom Apartments. The apartment is very nice, in a good location in town, and I never had any issues with other tenants. The Management is very professional and polite. Some people are rather basis that they are Hispanic but they took my rent check, process it in their spreadsheet, and gave me a receipt. I regret that I had to move out due to personal reasons. It was a good home."
