"It's a nice place, been here for short time, BUT my apartment was broken into, and the only people who'd have access to the apartment is the company. I was also billed without being told for the "reprogramming" of the door and fob. Very sneaky tactic, and I don't see myself living here for more than I have to with this kind of behavior. I do not suggest living here because the limited access to the building is a lie with people being allowed to go into your apartment. There's no other explanation other than them letting people in. Who else would even have the access? Letting people in and then charging me for it. Smart.."

"I've renewed my lease twice, and I'll stay as long as they'll have me. The rent is extremely competitive for the area, and the units are beautifully renevated. I've done everything from losing my keys to dropping my phone down the garbage chute; Lupe, Cheri, and the maintenance team are fabulous, and have a high tolerance for my shenanigans. Lupe made a difficult move to a new state easy, and I'm grateful! You won't regret moving here, but I'm sure I'll regret sharing the best kept secret in Reno."
