"This is by far the best location for Veterans(and their families) who have come a long way for medical care. This team of true earth angels are amazing, (special shout out to Kathy). Every thought and detail is considered so that we, Veterans can focus on our necessary medical care. The rooms are thoughtfully clean. The common areas are more than comfortable, I sometimes forget I'm not at home, and like home, the level of safety we experience is held to one of the highest standards I've ever experienced. The staff has a truly kind hearted approach to Veterans of all branches and eras. Thank you so much to each and all of you for always making us feel more than welcome."

"I also never received a response and felt so uncomfortable with the person who answered the phone. Just now calling to follow up, and the female a bit rude, and then nice, then rude, and I realized "is it me?" I wanted to hang up and told her this wasn't working. I was already nervous calling...not warm or friendly as I was expecting. Oh well. Life goes on"

"Its hard getting a reservation depending on the staff and availability. It’s funded purely by donations.The value beats all the flaws by 100%. free food, free laundry machines, and personal passcode to get in and out of building."

"I was surprised and shocked at how unprofessional the management acted by not taking the time to respond back to a Veteran applicant applying for work at the guest house. I felt disregarded, disrespected and treated like 2nd class. Now I have to question, is this how they treat their Veteran guests? Now your response tells me much as this review was not about the selection process but about the fact you could not even show me the decency to call me and tell me I wasn't selected. I don't care how much construction you have got going on, you dropped the ball and couldn't show a honorable Veteran equal respect with a simple phone call and communication. I'll put my work ethics up against yours any day, and I will do better job than you, as you have NO accountability with your own failures. Kathi, my non-selection has nothing to do with your poor organizational and communication skills. The only disappointment lies with you and the fact you missed out on a hard working and very unique one of a kind personality. In my book you are losing all the way around. You also said you hold Veterans in the highest regard..... You didn't for me! You said Veterans receive special consideration in your selection process....It didn't for me! So I find your statement false and misleading."

"Wonderful free asset for our vets. Right across the street from the VA hospital, very safe with fully controlled access and AMAZING staff. We couldn't be happier that this is available."
