Sparks Marina RV Park

"As a former owner of a 5star RV park my wife and I was very impressed with this Park. Very easy to get to off I/90 with easy roads to get in and out. Upon arrival we received a greeting from a very nice man that asked for our last name and in just a short period we had an escort to our site. Roads are wide and gives you room to turn. Site was very clean and level with nice artificial grass and table. All hookups in correct location for most all RV's. The Park is very clean 5+ Clean. The only complaint was a little slow Wi-Fi but it worked. I'm not sure why anyone would have an issue with this very nice Park. PS Shopping is just a walk away to Target and many other stores and Restaurants. (under 1 miles) Will be adding this place to our list of stay again places."

"I wish I could have rated zero stars. We never made it to the rv park because Andrew was so EXTREMELY rude on the phone. We called to make a reservation and the recording wouldn't let us leave message.There is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for booking online but booked anyway but reservation didn't apply our Good Sam discount. Someone called next day to verify booking so we asked for our Good Sam discount, She described a large yellow box that warned no discount when reservations made on line. It was very hard to find at the end of mostly information about rvs over 10 years. She wouldn't accommodate discount but put us on hold and Andrew came on the line. Who told us about rules and we'd know for next time. When we told him there would be no next time. His reply was "I'm done with you and I'm canceling your reservation". But of course he kept $10 for fees."

"I hope that the owners of this rv park read this....the rv park is conveniently located and the facilities are clean. However, the head janitor Bill is a real piece of work. He is completely rude and inappropriate to guests with an attitude that needs to be corrected as I don't think he has any idea what customer service means. When I brought up his poor attitude to the other staff members they kind of just rolled their eyes and said..."well that's just Bill, I'm sorry that happened". How this guy still has a job here is beyond comprehension as he made racist and sexist comments which is totally unacceptable!"

"Night security super friendly. Day security, heads held too high or something. Very rude to me and my wife for no apperant reason. If you have pets hope to park close to one of the dog runs in the corners of the lot or your fur baby will have a long walk of holding their potty. With that being said very big park many spots to choose. Kept very clean, close to many nice attractions. To chop it up this is a mixed review 50/50"

"There is AstroTurf at the sites and the staff keeps to keep everything in great condition and clean. They have dog runs all over the park because they don't want your dogs to do anything on the AstroTurf. We camped at Sparks Marina RV Park in a Motorhome. The GPS will tell you exit 20 take exit 19 so you come into the park from the right angle."
