"Everything was awesome. It's a very modern building with excellent amenities (the gym is one of the better condo gyms I've seen, and there's an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well, along with game rooms). Check-in was seamless, and if we did run into any questions or concerns, their support team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is top as well, right off Virginia. NOTE ABOUT PARKING: You have to pay $5 a night for parking. However, there is free, covered overflow parking just a few minutes walk away, so it's not too bad in the end."
"I really enjoyed my stay with Kasa Reno. The room was very clean and the check in process was extremely easy. I was able to turn a work week into an extended weekend in Reno which was great. Was able to get to Tahoe skiing really quickly each day and it was nice being able to come back to reno after skiing. I also checked out Mt. Rose which was a cool local ski mountain. You could actually see it from my unit."
"Staff responsive to request including parking, early check-in, upper floor, etc. Apartment was comfortable with 2 rooms and 2 full bath. The living room was comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. The washer and dryer was very nice to have. We will def come here again for future stays."
"The rooms were super comfortable, especially the beds, ear plugs are needed and provided for the traffic noise. Location is easy to get any where in town and very close to the airport. Modern, upscale, trendy vibe. Easy to check in and out. Will stay there again when visiting our son."
"Fantastic place to stay! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen. Easy for family to cook meals there. Great pool-loved the lounging chairs in the water. Just a block away from a large hotel/casino one way and shopping the other way. Great security system for parking and rooms."
