"I don't think I've ever been anywhere I'd only rate 1 star until this place, even then it probably doesn't deserve that. The only good thing about this place was that the water was hot. Initially upon arrival our room was infested with cockroaches, had no towles, no pillows and no shower head. We let the staff know as we went out for dinner and they said they'd look into it. Upon return we'd been locked out of our room with our luggage locked inside because we were being moved to a new room. The new room had towels etc. but smelt like an ash tray (as did we the next day), had stains on the mattress and no shower curtains so the bathroom floor ended up covered in water. Do not stay here even as a last resort. This is not a hotel anymore... but rather an old hotel that now has low socio-economic permanent residents. You probably won't feel safe here. The pictures are obviously old and not a good representation of the current state of the rooms and amenities. Loud noise and music at nights, likely addicts, police cars driving through the car park, people changing out motors in their cars... sketchy as. Unbelievable they can charge as much as they do. How sad that places like this exist - an example of just how wrong we've gotten some things in the west when we don't take care of ourselves and each other."
"Rooms always have cockroaches and writing on the walls, Front desk tried to charge me a late check out fee when I had to wait an hour for him to get to the office for my deposit at 9am which made me late to work, and handed him the key. Very rude and unprofessional."
"Just an ok motel thats all customer services guy has a very rude attitude. Room was clean . Door between the rooms lock was broke where it latched."
"Be careful with this booking. They gave me no refund option-red flag. The pictures are fake. The customer service number-I called several times no one pick up the phone. I have an erroneous charge from Travelers Inns and I’m not able to get a hold of anyone to fix this mess. The hotel is rundown and ver sketchy. Just a heads up."
"This motel looks nothing like the pictures online. The room my family was given had no smoke alarm, no working TV, the room smelled bad, and the furniture was falling apart. I reported them to every agency I could find in Washoe County, and I'm still steamed that I had to pay for one night."
