"When I was 12 years old, my mom sat me down to tell me that my father had committed suicide. This absolutely ruined me. It felt so miserable being abandoned like that. It was unquestionably the worst experience of my life … until I called Mobile Mechanic Pros of Sparks. The lady who answered the phone is unbelievably disrespectful. I cannot believe I was treated like this by someone who was supposed to help me. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by needing help with my car. I asked her how much it would cost to fix my alternator. Her response was “ sir, how can I give you a quote for your alternator if I don’t know what the make and model is?” What kind of response is that? She could have just said “OK great, what’s the make and model”. She is the face of the business, the first person people talk to when they call, and the first thing you experience when you get to this company is passive aggressiveness. This was one of the worst examples of it. I confronted her on her rudeness and in her infinite wisdom, she doubled down! Wow. I’m leaving one star because Google won’t let me leave -1 stars. Unacceptable!"
