"I wanted to have a lift installed on my truck. I went through 4 Wheel Parts and had them purchase a Rough Country 6" Lift. One of the components came in bad. Not a big deal, it happens, they called the Customer Service and was informed the part would be sent on a Friday. No problems, until Monday, when I was informed that not only did the part not come Friday like the Rough Country said it would, but it was also not shipped on Monday like they also said it would. I am just curious if this is normal practice for the business? It would seem to me that accountability is not something that is practiced. I haven't even had a chance to enjoy the lift because they can't even provide all the necessary parts. I understand that parts can come in bad, but being told twice that they are shipping a part and that part not actually being shipped is just poor business practice. I know that there are bigger problems I just hate the lack of integrity and lack of accountability from a supposed reputable business. As a customer, I am asking to just do better."

"It could be very convenient to have a corporate store right here in town, but they didn't have anything in stock to repair any part of my rough country kit for my 2021 Ford F150."

"Pocket Flares on 202 Ram! You've Done it Again Rough Country! The paint was perfect, the fit was perfect, the install was great. The only thing that would help, would be an install video with a few tips. In the directions it states "may require some trimming" - that made me wonder if I should trim the extrusions on the first one as I installed the seal strip...but looking at the flares they had the same, so thought it must be needed...YES, it makes the fit perfect to the body. Another thing I discovered while installing the seal strip was it was easiest to press it on the entire length and then ensure it wasn't stretched prior to trimming - then peal as suggest and press on ensuring the fit was accurate. I also used some Locktite Flexible Shoe Glue on the ends of the stripping to insure against future strip pealing. When installing the flare - it would have been helpful to have seen how its done on a video and to ensure the seal is not folded in any spot before tightening down all the 8mm fasteners - after the first flare issue, all the rest we're great. Finally, using a light and checking to ensure the 8mm fasteners were correctly pulling down the clip on the inner fender versus pushing it up made the fasteners all in the clip versus sometimes just pushing up the inner fender. That said, it was 100% perfect fit and perfect paint which is hard to get in aftermarket products. Next up is a rear bumper once I save up a bit!"

"I purchased this steering stabilizer as a gift. However it ended up being that the 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ has a custom front end and the product did not fit. I returned it to Amazon from a Kohl's location. Was contacted later by Amazon saying that Rough Country received a different item than what they sent us and recharged us. The item that was returned was the item that came in the Box. I'm an honest person and because the company has dishonest people I get stolen from. I would recommend finding another brand to do business with. Rough Country stole 120.00 from my bank account"

"I was excited to receive my kit but once it finally arrived, it looked as if a five year old put it together. There were gaps, very bad welds, and holes didn't line up -- super dangerous. I was told I would get my money back if I return it so I sent it off, they received it, and I'm still waiting for my money.."
