"I stopped in here to grab something off the shelf. I found it right away then when I was looking to pay, there were two people ahead of me in line. They were waiting for the only employee I could see. He was obviously overwhelmed with the customer he was helping at the counter and someone on the phone. I decided I wasn't waiting and went to leave my stuff on the counter so maybe management might see they had lost at least one customer. Then I saw they actually had a self checkout. I haven't seen one at the auto parts store but there it was. I in and out of there in less than 15min. But I sympathize with the customers that were still standing in line. These days there are so many ways to buy things you'd think that brick and mortar stores would do away with the things driving business to online alternatives. Customer service is still a huge part of any business, on line or on the street. There are 3 auto part store right here. This one was next door to the place I needed to go so it was convenient. After my brief visit I probably won't be back based on what I saw."
"Right when I walked in, this super nice worker named Sebastian right away helped me with my needs and explained everything to me! he is such a nice lad , i would recommend going here if you need any car parts !!!!"
"Today I ended up having to make two trips to auto zone, the second one being at the prater location. When I walked in Bobby the manager helped me and I told him what my problem was which was a dead battery. I told him I had just been sent there from a previous auto zone that closed at 8 that refused to help me at 730 because they would be “closing” and that they could not touch my battery for me which was still in the car. Bobby heard me and helped me out while helping his own employees and went out to my car to replace the battery for me. Bobby was very professional, helpful and kind and helped me out tonight when I was almost stranded. The job itself took less than 15 mins. Thanks Bobby!"
