"Today was my second visit to the Sparks store. I ordered a part via phone and it was a great experience. Each time I've called its been great. Keep in mind these guys are NOT in the retail stores. Once you make it in the store is where the fun begins. Totally rude girls at the cashier and the pick up counter. It's like an inconvenience that I was there!! I also watched the girls treat 2 other buying customers get treated like they were bothering the cashier. I've called to express my concern . Sounds like they are going to train her? What?? I am awaiting a call from someone who will probably patronize me. Well see. Not sure if I will ever step foot in the Sparks store again."
"Summit people are dumb. I had too many returns because they don't know what they are doing. Also their prices are not that low. My kid turned me onto Amazon and they are AMAZING! I don't even bother with the other parts houses anymore at all now! I pay so much LESS for the same stuff that Summit is selling! 3 to 4x less! No more frustrations! No more wasted time! No more standing in long lines! And no more wasted gas! That's priceless I see Summit shoppers as dumb putting up with that place!! LOL! Amazon drops it at my door. GR8"
