"Sparks local. Came to Napa after 3 failed tries at other stores for a 2&5/16 trailer ball with a 3 to 4 inch drop hitch on a 2in shaft. Then we found Charley at Napa. This guy. He found what we needed and even came out to the truck to hold a wrench while I assembled. It was 3p and 99 degrees. Both my gf and I work in the service industry, so we know. Outstanding service. Thanks again Charley!"
"Website says closed on Saturdays, but guess what - they're open. Not that that did any good. Had ordered some oil online and was emailed to pick it up there. However, when I went there they had no clue even though I had the confirmation number. Okay, immediately after writing this review I get a phone call from the manager saying he managed to find my order so I had to get back in the car and drive back over to pick it up. His perseverance kicked the review up to 3 stars."
