"100% the worse place I’ve ever taken my dog. There is a woman who works there, dark hair, nose piercing who claims she also had the same breed as my dog, Shiba Inu, who treated my dog like absolute garbage. She got irate when I asked to be in the room during my dog’s checkup to get a heart worm prescription. She mentioned that she “dealt” with my dog prior and that my dog was a monster (my dog was a drop off appointment prior and when I picked her up she was so insanely frightened it was scary)She has never ever ever acted that way unless someone was hurting her. She never showed bad attitude or aggressive behavior. I made sure to start training her at 8 weeks so she was very social and loving. After taking her to Banfield and this woman wa sin her “care” she changed. She became frightful and scared. When we were in the checkup room she put her entire weight on her and slammed a muzzle on her, while still being pissed as hell that I wanted to be in the room with her. To this day, I don’t entirely know what this terrible human did to my dog in the back to make her this way. My dog no longer goes to Banfield, I do not recommend that place whatsoever for any care or bedside manner. I have been taking my dog to Mountain View Animal hospital. I told them what happened and they said that the people at Banfield acted wrongly and out of malice."

"Dr. Bon is the best! Both my dogs love him. Everyone there is very kind. To both me and my pets. The only thing I didn't like is the drop off. They seem to get busy and my dogs and up staying there sometimes 8 hours of so. Other than that. It's a great place."

"Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take excellent care of my puppy and always provide me with detailed information on anything I need to do to keep up his good health. The drop offs and pick up are super convenient and overall it's just a great experience every time I come in."

"Be prepared for 30-45 minutes to check in and out. Doc we see is nice and doesn't push expensive solutions. Our dogs are rescues with issues. Normal services are a little less expensive than our old vet - he retired and the new people are all about profits."

"Upon receiving a text to schedule both appointments, I arrived at the hospital expecting to address both the comprehensive and dental needs of my pet. However, to my surprise, I was informed that only the comprehensive exam was scheduled, and the dental appointment was yet to be arranged. The lack of coordination and communication was disheartening. The real disappointment came from the tech who checked my dog in. Not only was she unapologetic about the scheduling error, but her attitude was exceptionally rude. Mistakes happen, but a little empathy and a simple apology could have gone a long way in making the situation more bearable. To add to the frustration, it seems that scheduling errors are not isolated incidents. The same tech made another mistake while attempting to reschedule my dog's appointment for January, prompting her supervisor to step in and correct the error. It was concerning to witness such a lack of attention to detail. In any service industry, professionalism and customer service should be top priorities. Unfortunately, my experience at Banfield Hospital fell short of these expectations. I hope that the staff, particularly the tech in question, can reflect on their interactions with pet owners and strive for better communication and customer service in the future. A simple apology and a proactive approach to rectifying scheduling errors would have made a significant difference in my perception of this veterinary clinic."
