"When I called to inquire about getting my cat fixed the lady who answered the phone was not a people person that's for sure. She wasnt helpful at all every question I asked her she wasn't sure of the answer and had to put me on hold everytime to figure out the answer. A phone call that should have taken 5 mins or less turned into 22 mins. Not professional."

"This place is an absolute rip off for vaccinations. Ask them before hand how much they charge including all visits and then set up an appointment at the Nevada SPCA. Then compare the true cost. This place is a scam. You don't have to get ripped off like I did. Policy's don't require you to overcharge to make you weather."
