"Worst Company, makes promises to deliver goods… Never on time, parts come from China waiting two months on sink drain. Says shipping delays but they could care less to keep you informed. Had to reach out to their corporate office. No help there all they could do is not provide customer service and get us the part. We were told all they could do is track the container it was shipped in. Once delivered we will no longer ever use Pet Edge again , what once was is no more. Terrible service, big company only out for profit."

"Petedge uses Amazon as a distributor and I am still waiting on an item ordered last month. The original delivery date was set for September 12. Amazon messed up and did not get the item to XPO, third party delivery, until the 13th. I spoke with multiple supervisors, since I work for a living, to have the item delivered after 3pm on the 15th. The driver called at 215 to say he was on his way and marked the item as not being able to be delivered at 245pm. I rescheduled for the 17th on a Saturday. I never received a notification or a call and at 5pm I called them. They informed me they had too many orders to handle and they could not get the item out on the scheduled date. I am now waiting to see if they deliver the item after 3pm tomorrow and I have already received a message saying they will be there between 6am and 9am, so my hopes are not high. Additional, I have talked with 5 supervisors at XPO and everytime I try to get ahold of one they tell me one is not available and they will call back, which they do not. So I wait on hold for an hour to an hour and a half each time. The level of unprofessionalism is alarming. If I were any business I would not trust these distributors or XPO as a third party for delivering items to customers."

"Petedge is horrible. First on their website it says free shipping on orders over 99, yet i paid 20 bucks on my 300 order. They literally have nothing in their warehouse. The order gets shipped separately. And if they dont have something in your order they refund your money around 2 months later. Its been 2 weeks since I placed my order, and so far I've only recieved 1/4 of my order. Shop Ryan's, you will not experience any of these things."

"I worked here for 10 years. managerial issues? Some, but tell were this doesn’t crop up periodically. Work conditions? Better than most. People in general... if they are the old crowd with good work ethics, they were awesome. The younger crowd that wants to get paid for doing nothing... they are everywhere. Overall? I’d gladly work there again!"

"Overpriced and doesnt take into consideration the customers needs and cannot deliver and keep a shipping expectation to save its life, no wonder it was going under just a year ago.Unless the company is bought out by someone who cares about customer satisfaction. I will continue to warn others of this distasteful company. Support your local businesses they're just as expensive but know theyll give you the products you need with your actual well being and care of your pet in mind. If you're currently employed it seems the management takes no consideration for your human right and wants you to work like drones and scolding you like as if you were a child because you need a water break or maybe have some ailments and maybe use the restroom longer than 5 mins. SUPPORT LOCAL BUISNESSES NOT AN ENTITY THAT BUYS PRODUCTS FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR AND SELLS THEM TO YOU FOR THE MOST UNREASONABLE PRICE."
