"I'd give a zero star for not caring. Won't Help My Dog! I called to make an appointment to have my dogs nails clipped. I used to pay $10 for this service. They said that during Covid they will not just clip the nails. You have to pay for a complete grooming. I told them I just groomed her yesterday and they said I have to have her groomed again! Unbelievable. I said, "Well I guess my dog will have to live with long nails because you won't help me." Time to find a new groomer who cares."
