"Need better measures to protect gift cards. Received a $50 gift card for my Birthday, and it was already used with a 0 balance. This happens frequently, according to the person in guest services. Target needs better measures in place, and this experience makes me never want to shop here again. Manager won’t help, and will only direct customers to a 1800 number with no guarantee, and a 7 day wait for a resolution. Want me to send multiple documents and waste my time for MY bday present. Not okay."

"Wife & I were in town so she could attend a business conference. I just tagged along. She had a shoe emergency :/ and sent me to get her a pair of heels. I had no idea what I was doing as I looked like a lost puppy in the women's shoe section. Nobody approached me to help. I ended up asking the first female that entered the section (she did not work there). She helped me make a selection and I was on my way. I didn't think they were worth $40 but what do I know about heels lol"
"Employees are friendly at least which seems to be lacking now adays. Prices have gone up over the last few years. Their children's section and books is always a plus. Bathrooms typically pretty dirty."
