"Phone number was removed for grocery pickup, had to ask the person we're picking up for for her login information. We used to be able to just call the number, input the phone number of the person ordering, and say what spot we're in. This is a total downgrade: it's a security risk for the person who ordered, it's a hassle for whoever happens to be picking up, and it's inaccessible for people who can't afford constant internet connections or just smartphones in general. Have never had an issue before today. This sucks."

"Just got chicken tenders and potato wedges and the employee was touching his phone bare hands then proceeds to open the bag my food goes in with his bare hands and uses tongs to grab the food. Disgusting. Have gotten food here many times and gloves were put on before doing my order. Never again"

"Always love Fry's!! Love Kroger products! This was the first time we picked up groceries from the Fry's on Mill & Southern. The branch closer to our house was not accepting any more orders for pick up. Amazing customer service. James, the gentleman who brought our items to the car really is an awesome employee! Great customer service ambassador for Fry's! There were two items they did not have and my friend forgot to check for substitutes. Well James said he could run in and pick up the items! I was wow-ed!! I'm sure this can not happen all the time, but it was 7AM, they had just opened and we're not busy. So shout out to James, his boss and his boss's boss! And Merry Christmas!"

"This is a busy Fry's. It's not really packed/cramped, but it is busy. I'm really impressed with this store. Like SUPER impressed. Items are stocked. Very rarely are they out of something I'm looking for. Clean! Despite how busy this store is, it's very clean. Shelves are tidy and organized. The produce is full, clean, and free of debris. Floors are clean and clear. Deli and Bakery areas are always full and stocked. Very well organized. The staff here is really cool and friendly too! This isn't the closest Fry's to me but this is the store I prefer to shop at."
