"Went to exchange a pair of shoes for size 10 from size 8. They are literally the same product, Same PRICE except for the size difference of an inch. They told me they don't do exchange only return. Said ok. They cannot return it to my credit card cause I used another benefit card with it for more groceries. The manager named Derrek, I showed him there's the credit card which I paid with on my receipt and he won't do a simple exchange. Just by seeing the receipt a normal human being would just let it exchange without anything cause it's literally the same product same price!!! I think the worst people in the retail industry works for walmart around Central Arizona. Not going there ever again to spend my money. And it needed minus 10 option to give for the kind of attitude they gave me for no reason. Worst people in retail."

"FOR SPARK DRIVERS. be careful theres a sassy black bald man who likes to belittle drivers. I came to pick an order and was refused because my car has damages on it. I tried to reason with him. Instead of being professional and apologizing. The guy decided to belittle me and treat me badly because “he can” direct quote from him. I decided to talk to the manager about his attitude. Then a black lady who i guess is friend with him kept interrupting me and lying saying that I have a reputation which is funny but not so funny when you are frustrated and trying to communicate. I ask the lady to tell me details of the conversation and she couldn’t because she was lying. I then ask her to mind her own business and was finally able to talk to the manager warning him about the worker being disrespectful. Then at my surprise the big manager comes in and says i was yelling at the black lady and told her to shut up and that he would call the cops on me if I don’t leave the premises immediately. I am sure this is a good case for discrimination lawyer but unfortunately didn’t get the bright idea to record"

"Good old Wally World. Not the best selection, but it’s clean enough and the employees are nice. The only down side was the dude that came way too close to me much too quickly (probably without even noticing) and immediately put me on edge-an edge I wasn’t able to shake for the rest of the shopping trip. SMH."
