"We shopped here while in the area for some flavored water and deli items. When we were at the Deli Counter we were help right away. The person behind the counter was very helpful. We ordered our deli products with no issues. Once we reached the checkout we found a register open and were helped by Jeri who was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to this store is the fact that it seems much dirtier than any of the others we frequent. But on the plus side the Associates were wonderful."
"The dude in the self checkout was rude and I was getting alcohol and I always come here and tried showing my mobile ID which is a Valid Arizona ID I never had an issue with it at this store, I will no longer be returning to this store. Poor customer service"

"I will NOT shop at Fry's again, until or unless they refund my $97.28, for an order that they canceled "due to delivery issue". Evidently they had a problem with instacart. However, they have not credited the money back to my bank account. I called, but they didn't know "anything" or how/what to do & told me to call "instacart"; I called them & was told they took care of it. I've given it 5 days now. IMO, it is Fry's responsibility bc that's who I tried shopping with & it failed. Who they use for delivery is THEIR problem. Yes, I'm very unhappy. I (we) spend way too much at grocery stores as it is, I certainly do not want to hand out almost $100 for nothing."
