"I placed a delivery order and my order never arrived. They told me to contact Instacart and Elvira, who stated she was a 'Manager' couldn't provide a contact number for Instacart. In this particular case, there was a lot of finger-pointing and no one wanted to be accountable. My order was marked delivered and I demanded a refund. The Customer Support agent at Instacart finally told me that they were delivered to the wrong address. It's nice to know that I paid for a service and received NOTHING!!! Unbelievable!!! Shopper Beware!!! Contacting appropriate authorities first thing in the AM!"
