"Haven't used this groomer, but was looking for one, and checked out the reviews and replies. Definitely won't be coming here because the owner seems to have a childish attitude. Bit of advice Michael... Check yourself on how you publicly reply to reviews. Whether the reviewer was in the wrong or not, it's clear you lack the ability to remain tactful and professional in your responses. It's quite pathetic and ironic that you call multiple people 'petty' in your replies, because you're actually being petty in responding that way. Bet if you respond more tactfully, you'll actually start to improve your rating and increase return customers."
"Omg.. I was in town came in last minute and they where so nice enough to squeeze me in at such a crazy time my dog had just rolled over into a patch of grass and mud and they where so understanding and just amazing to work with even though they where heavily booked up they made it happen for me last minute seeing the dilemma my pooch was in. I was so satisfied with the service I would recommend to everyone great understanding caring and informal place. They helped with deciding what would be the best hair cut given the season just such an amazing experience. Thank you so much"
