"We requested a simple job. Trim and stake a tree. We met with Keith, who explained the job and the cost. We agreed. We kept getting notice of the bill, but the work was never done. We have security cameras; Innovative staff have yet to show up. After several weeks of back and forth, someone finally showed up and trimmed a few branches, then left. We were billed for trimming and staking the tree. Again, we must provide pictures of our tree and show that we still need stakes. The guy finally put one stake in (even though Keith said we were getting three stakes). He left his trash all over our front yard; the work was poorly done. I don't recommend this company. If you decide to go with this company, I recommend you get the promised work in writing and install cameras. Innovative will say, "my guy was there" but clearly he was not."

"I am writing this review because I am very happy with the work done on my property. Innovative's owner, Keith, and his employees have done excellent work on my property. I had both the front yard and the back yard covered with gravel and had scrubs and trees planted in both yards. My front yard needed a trench to be made on one side to keep water flowing out from my backyard. Keith fixed this when he did work on my backyard which was much appreciated. I was not asked to do a review, but, wanted to let everyone know what a great job that they have done on my place. Thank you Keith and Marci for her help in the Innovative Office ."

"I bought a brand new angle home, this company did the landscaping. My yard has flooded multiple times. They say the cone out, but never caught on my cameras and the problem has not been fixed in 8 months. They tell me there is nothing wrong although I have proof of flooding. Poor customers service and lack of knowledge."
