"Delightful experience! Went in a few weeks back and they were getting ready for a new 'Opening', went in yesterday and the store is amazing! Some kids toys are cheaper there than at the local Walmart, snacks and drinks are very fairly priced and there are plenty of great deals to be had!"

"If I didn’t have to mark a star I wouldn’t. I literally live 2 min from family dollar and I am there every day. Tracey and Martina are the most disrespectful, unprofessional ladies to represent a business. The workers there helping with the renovation work hard and Tracey and Martina clearly take out their anger/frustrations out on those workers. Yesterday Tracey and Martina were outside smoking a few times I either passed family dollar or went into the store. They were also arguing amongst each other and that does not look good for the business. Today I went to purchase some items and Martina had a really bad attitude and was talking to 2 ladies with a nasty and rude attitude. I have been in the management department for over 10 years and if I was the Assistant General Manager, the General Manager and/or the Owner I would definitely be looking elsewhere for new management. That definitely makes the people in higher positions look very bad. Definitely inappropriate to talk to other employees whether they are temporary or full time like that while “Representing “ a business. Time to either have an employee meeting or hire others who would be more respectful!"
