"The rooms are always clean and convenient after a long day roadtripping. They are getting expensive at a total of $250 a night!!! Too much, even for a Californian."

"Extremely dirty rooms. The ice vending machine was basically built into my wall and heard it grinding and refilling even at midnight. Initially I got a room for disabled people and I found poop on the wall. The sheets are wrinkled, can’t even decide whether they changed them or not. I really don’t understand how can a hotel like this receive more than 1 star not to talk about the price I paid ($180 a night). For this price you get a 5 star hotel anywhere in the world."

"I was very impressed with this hotel, and was so surprised to find out it’s been there over 5 years; I was sure that it was brand new. That’s how clean, bright, and fresh it is, from the lobby to the rooms to the grounds to even the stairwells! I was helped by Tabitha at check-in who was friendly, professional and smiling. Very efficient. At check out Reese continued the great service, friendly and appreciative of my comments. I loved the bright colors and comfortable seating areas in the lobby, and this cheerful color scheme and artwork continued in my 4th floor room. The kitchen was detail-complete, lacking only a small cutting board, (which I would’ve liked to have to slice an apple rather than using a plate). The couch and desk areas were so complete, with everything you’d want, including good lamps/lighting. The bed, linens, and pillows were so comfortable! The curtain to pull to separate the seating from sleeping area was a good touch. Bathroom was immaculate, with a strong shower stream and well-designed sink with sides to place toothbrush, etc. I read one person’s comment about the closet area having a curtain instead of a door and the way that’s done here wasn’t tacky in the least, in my opinion. The whole suite flows perfectly. Breakfast was better than any complimentary breakfast I’ve had at other chains, at this location. Instead of the cloying egg/velveeta cheese wrap offered at so many places, here there are breakfast bowls of egg/veggies/sausage, which was delicious! More like at a good restaurant than a free hotel meal. And something different for the usual yogurt selection: 4oz cups of Chobani, along with the usual Yoplait(s). Also of course all the usual suspects of breads, make-your-own-waffles, juices, cereals, etc. - and kept up well by the breakfast attendant on duty. There’s a good small workout room with everything I needed and it was bright, light, and again, immaculately clean. The outside seating areas are dotted with pretty landscaping plants, and colorful, comfy basket chairs and lounges/couches, where guests seemed to be enjoying their computer time and space. While I didn’t use the pool, it too was a clean, bright, comfortable area with sturdy red and blue Adirondack chairs and tables. This hotel is located centrally off of Stockton Hill Road, between I40 and Andy Devine, with a nice newer Safeway in walking distance, near an older but safe-feeling tree-lined residential neighborhood. The front desk offers a little package of ear plugs in case you want them, which was a thoughtful gesture, but I didn’t need them. I’ll always stay here in Kingman. Highly recommend!!"

"John at the Front desk and all staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. All staff went a I've and beyond to help, from front desk to maintenance/grounds crew to breakfast staff. I was traveling due to a family emergency and had been on the road for about 18 hours. I am a Diamond member and used points for my one night stay. I arrived in Kingman at 9:30 am, well before even the early check in times. I spoke with John at the front desk and explained my long drive and reason for my visit. He helped set me up with the most convenient room for the circumstances. He also got me in right away so I could get a much needed shower and a nap, no wait whatsoever. This hotel is extremely clean, the room was nice and accommodated my needs perfectly with the pull out sleeper couch. The hotel is well kept inside and out. Breakfast was quick and easy, plenty of options, especially to grab and go. All in all I would recommend this hotel 100X over and 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you to John and the rest of the staff for a great stay!!!"
