"Definitely don't want to stay at this place ever again. Had family come into town and we went to the room and it's disgusting. Carpet is tore up walls have holes punched in them, carpet is dirty and you can hang out with all the homeless people around the area if you so choose. Avoid this place."

"THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST DISGUSTING MOTEL IVE EVER BEEN! i came to kingman and desperately needed sleep . I couldn't even stay 3 hours. The smell the room had been smoked in and not just cigarettes. The drapes didnt work to close off the street. There was a pimple pus on the mirrior,!I wish i was joking ..i mean that was enough for me . Then it gets worse. The towels were dirty . The pillows had a perfumed smell to cover God knows what. The toliet was up and pee was in it . The lights didnt work . There was scratch marks all over the wall from bedframe?I laid in my clothes and shoes and left after 3hours! Never ever go there. That place is usedfor meth head . I slept on the floor at the airport , it was cleaner than this dump. The smell of burnt plastic and cat pee. Its meth haven"

"I feel terrible leaving this review because the woman at the front desk was really helpful, but do avoid this place (and the other Day’s Inn West down the road) if you can. It’s really not worth risking your health and well-being. None of the door key sensors work, and many of the rooms have no electricity. We had to change our room three times. I saw a ton of bed bug reviews for this motel, so I of course inspected the mattress, bed frame, drawers, and floors. The mattress was beyond dirty… covered in mystery stains of all sorts. The floors have probably never been vacuumed before. There was a dead cricket behind one of the beds. It was just not worth the risk. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit extra on a place that won’t leave you with a $4000 fallout in the form of treating bed bugs."

"The dirtiest room We have ever seen, carpet super dirty, Chairs full of dust, bed super uncomfortable it felt like a holloween room. Dark and noticed some little critters crawling around the bed frame, we walked out immediately to report it and the clerk said wait for the manager, when she showed up, she said that it was cleaned this morning I took her to showed her the room and she said that it was fine and showed her the chairs, she said they are all like that and she didn't want to admit any thing wrong. Bad bad experience."

"I have never been treated so rudely. Bed was broken, slats under it broken in half. Hair on bathroom wall. Upon checkout at 11, I got a bang on the door and let the woman id be vacating shortly and was waiting for my friend who was next door. We arrived pretty late from traveling so we needed an extra minute in which I asked. I was told sternly checkout was it 11. I understood but needed a moment. Within 15 minutes i received a phone call and two people knocking. Told to wait in lobby. Bring my cat to wait in lobby for my friend. It is 12 and I am now being told my friend has to pay for another night or they are calling the cops. I told them to charge another night and its was not necessary as I called my friend and he was prepping his dogs and grabbing his things. This same lady went and banged on the door and said, "YOU'VE OVERSTAYED YOUR WELCOME WE ARE CALLING THE COPS". it is 12:14. We are out less than 5 minutes later. She then proceeds to ask about my cat and travel destination after that. The small talk was not needed after this point. That is the most traumatizing way to wake up and have to travel. There was not one ounce consideration or moment they were trying to understand our situation. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like dirt."
