"Just a heads up that they do NOT offer free breakfast unlike they advertise. However, they do have a restaurant in the building with breakfast and dinner options that are fairly priced. Wish i would have known about them not having free breakfast because that is the entire reason we booked here to save money while traveling. Also they do NOT have a hot tub either. They seriously need to update their website. Sage was very sweet and very helpful getting us checked in and attending our needs though. Thank you Sage!"
"The only good thing I can say is the staff was nice. But our room was absolutely disgusting. Everything was grimy, lots of hair on the floor, dead bugs in the corners. I couldn’t sleep because I couldn’t get comfortable enough with how dirty everything was. Plus the walls are very thin, I could hear everything on both sides of my room."
"Great and friendly staff and services. A very unique and awesome building with neat artwork. Would definitely recommend. 10/10. Clean rooms. Hot showers. Cozy beds."
"Place has gone down hill. Room last time was dirty, toilet clogged and they had no one to unclog it. Pubic hair all over and when checking in they were rude when talking and mentioned if I became a local they would not rent to me. So no problems I’m not referring friends and family or we ever stay there again cause of a stupid policy. Funny how all these policies are in effect from Indian/ Pakistani families buying these motels but I have to smell there rancid smelly food they cook and they all live on the properties but it still seems dirty or somethings broke and there rude if you mention something to them."
"We were in need of a place to stay and the Ramada everything we needed! The women at the front desk were kind and understanding and the room was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, and safe. That’s really all I ask for and the Ramada more than delivered. Plus the exterior of the building is awesome! So many neat portraits and murals to look at, and I love that the front of the building resembles an old Route 66 trading post. That’s really what sold me initially. I’m happy to say I have a good place to stay in Kingman in the future."
