"It was a bit pricey but top notch. They were very accommodating to my boyfriend when he showed up at 2am from a terrible fire needing access to the laundry room. They let us have a late checkout, and the front desk staff was so extremely kind to us. Also as a coffee lover, they have some of the most delicious coffee in the lobby all day. Thank you so much for taking care of us during such a difficult time."

"Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff who made good recommendations for dining options. Breakfast sausage and potatoes were undercooked. 2 helicopters flying into hospital across the street in the middle of the night and road traffic disrupted sleep."

"Room quality was no where worth $200 a night. First impression walking into the room things seemed a little outdated. Turned on the lighting and quickly noticed the lighting was inadequate for the room size and dim with brown hue color, room really didn't light up. Chair with foot stool had dirty stains on it from years of use like they never cleaned it. Couch didn't look very inviting. Beds looked nice with good linens on them. Walking from carpet to bathroom I stepped on a nail head sticking up that looked to be a fix for the carpet lifting. In the bathroom I found when getting out of the shower the tile floor wasn't grouted anymore and tiles moved and raised sharp edges up. In the sink area the electric plug was falling back into the wall making it unusable (screws were missing). Pros: friendly staff, bed was relatively comfortable, linens appeared clean, room relatively quiet overnight, breakfast had a decent selection."

"Upon arrival I had to wait at the front desk for several minutes as the receptionist was busy making coffee. There were 5 other guests waiting as well. The room is pretty small and in need of some updating/repairs. The closet door doesn't close completely, there are several small holes and paint splotches on the walls, and the wall thermostat doesn't work. Luckily I checked the AC itself and the controls are there, but there was no note or anything to inform the guest. The first thing I noticed when I used the bathroom was a wad of dark hair in the floor. Yuck. There was a tiny little bug in the sink when I brushed my teeth, so I washed it down the drain. The bathroom door doesn't latch or lock because the door isn't properly aligned with the plate on the frame. When I hopped in the shower within 2 minutes my feet were covered in water because it wasn't draining. I noticed while I was in there that there were hairs all over the walls too. So nasty. I'm only here for one night or I would absolutely demand a room change. I'm not satisfied with this experience.
