"When I adopted my new pup from Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue I was gifted a free grooming at Wagging Tails. The process was very smooth and booking was quick. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had not had to use a groomer before but the receptionist was very kind and she walked me through it. When I dropped off my Yorkie the groomer was very sweet and reassured me that she would be well taken care of. She was a shaggy mess when I left her there, but she went from ragamuffin to super chic. It was incredible. I would trust wagging tails for my future grooming needs. They are affordable and skilled."

"I have boarded my dog here numerous times, and I have nothing but good things to say! Before I found Wagging Tails, I tried out a lot of other places, but it was always a terrible experience for him. It’s hard for him to be away from me and out of his usual routine, but any time he stays here, he gets the love and attention he needs. I can leave him here and travel with confidence, knowing my fur baby is getting the best care! The price is right, as well, and there is no extra charge to give him his daily medication, which I appreciate. I can’t say enough good things about Wagging Tails! Especially Heidi, who always sends me pictures of my boy, and gives him lots of extra cuddles."

"What a great experience for my senior pup. I was greeted with a friendly smile by his groomer and the receptionist. Since this was our first visit we discussed his cut and his overall health. I shared with them at 15 he gets tired and was assured he would get frequent breaks and they would also use a ortho mat for him the also called me as soon as he was done so I was able to get him without him spending anytime in a kennel. He was happy and relaxed when I picked him up and he looked great ."

"I’ve been taking both my malamutes here for years and have always had a good experience. I recently took them both for a groom. Unfortunately, the groomer ended up shaving my dog's entire coat without my permission. As a result, my dog's natural insulation has been removed and I'm concerned about their ability to regulate their body temperature. I’m disappointed that the groomer did not consult with me before making such a drastic change to my dog's appearance, they called and said they’d be shaving bits of his fur, not his entire body. He’s 9 years old and most likely won’t ever have the same coat again. I understand he had mats in some areas but to shave his entire body is unacceptable. My other malamute they did a great job on. The groomers that were here before were great, I don’t know what happened.
