"LOVED this pet hotel for my kitten! I went to Paris for 12 days and was a bit worried leaving her for so long but the staff was so loving and attentive to my kitten! I emailed them to send me a picture of her while i was away and the staff sent me a video of her playing. Overall, great service for a fair price. Would definitely recommend to friends and use their services again!"
"Do not take your pet here! We just picked up our cat after boarding for 10 days. We had to rush her to the ER pet clinic. She was covered with her own feces, they told us she didn't eat, she can't stand up well, her nose was closed with dried mucous. They did not let me know she was not eating. I don't know if my cat will make it. I left a message with them and they have not responded. My cat did not make it."
