"Forced to spend $120 on a blood test, or they refused to give feline leukemia vaccination. No itemized reciept fir the cist of each vaccination. Was shocked that bill was over $300 @ the register!!!! 2 cats....total of 4 shots!!. Been here for years & years, & it never went over $150 for both cats AND a dog!! Didnt even weigh them this time. All records were sent email...but I dont have a printer to print out records for the file I have for them.Very unsatisfied!"

"I'm very angry with Vetco. I showed up to a follow-up appt to get my dog's last booster and the local vet said it had to be 3-weeks later. Unfortunately, Vetco corporate says 2-3 weeks later on their emails, but the local vet said that's true, but it's their prerogative and this vet said 3 weeks. Okay, that was avoidable, but I get it. I rescheduled and showed up again May 31st (today) at the Tempe location. When asked about any concerns I told them my dog was stung by a scorpion a few days ago and they told me to wait around the corner in-line. When I got around the corner they said they can't give his vaccine as it's only been 3 days since the sting and that it needs to be 7 days after the sting. I told them it wasn't 3 days, it was a week. Very clearly they were calling me a liar. I assume the check-in person defined my word 'few' as '3' then he and the vet said I said '3'. They refused to consider they made a mistake and turned me away (twice). I tried to tell them it had been a week. Why didn't they ask me to go back and bring my vet paperwork showing it was 7 days??? I'm attaching a photo, for Vetco corporate, with the scorpion sting date (7! Days previous) from VCAs emergency hospital (I highly recommend VCA) paperwork because the local Vetco vet team isn't listening and calling me a liar. Twice I've been turned away. Sorry Vetco, I'd rather spend more money elsewhere to not be called a liar. Beware honest people. They may choose to believe you're a liar; otherwise, Vetco is great. :("
