"This place was the worst of all the places I have lived at. they acted all nice when we first moved here and then after we signed the lease they didn't care anymore. they have left us without hot water for two weeks two times in a row. And everytime I try to get a hold of the property manager I get the run around with it was told that I was going to get a credit for the inconvenience of not having hot water and still have yet to get the credit. When we 1st mored in here my hole front window would leak every time it rained and bugs and mosquitoes would come into our place I would not live here unless u honestly can't get anywhere else plz look at every unit before you move in here"

"The rental process was easy, and the staff was kind. The community is so clean. The club and pool house totally sold me! The Gym is HUGE and there is a Yoga Studio! I am getting so much BANG for my buck! Tracy answered all my questions- and there were a lot of them! I cannot wait until move-in day!"

"I would not recommend this place. I’ve lived here almost a year and will not be renewing. There’s so many problems with the old boilers where you go hours, even days, without hot water or any water at all.. sometimes without notice so you’re running your water wondering, raising your bill, with no idea. My bathtub has paint chipping, the closet doors are broken, our kitchen cabinets have orange (mold?) spots all over them, our sinks have leaks and our bathtubs/sinks don’t drain properly. So many problems for the price we pay."

"Horrible Apartment I have ever had to live in! Always having no hot water due to old boiler. Roaches, rude loud neighbors, people working on their junky cars, neighbors smoking weed constantly. Making you pay for a stupid trash can outside your door when they have dumpster! Now everyone is compiling bags of their stinky trash on their front door step! Not even worth one star rating! So if your looking for a home where you will never have hot water and stinky rude neighbors, loud cars, Roaches,this is the place for you!"

"DO NOT rent here, bill is crazy and their boiler is always broken not just at my apartment but many apartments go without having any hot water or even water at all! Takes two to four days to fix sometimes and they don’t even have a repair guy! They have to hire local vendors in order to come fix it! So happy my lease is over in two months. Worst of all they don’t give you credit for their own mistakes. They charge you crazy fees on literally anything! Along with racial profiling, my brother used their gym and he was accused of stealing their weights! They came into our apartment to inspect it in order for their accusations to be proved wrong and even then we didn’t get an apology or anything!"
