"Boyfriend and I moved in last summer and until this summer it was absolutely fantastic . We recommended this place to friends who were looking and felt like we would be here for a while . Then this year , management/admin seemed to change often and now a slew of water heaters have leaked and nearly blown up all over the campus , people cars are being broken in to and stolen , the gate never works how it should , the mail room was closed for awhile , there’s transient people roaming around and hanging out on steps and the parking lot, and there’s even been gun violence . Truly this was a wonderful place but now it’s just going down and the price of rent is not . invest in your safety."

"Advertises "gated community " ....gates never work. Termites in master closet, pool always closed, maintenance issues never addressed. Someone set a fire on our patio...sprinkler didn't go off, damage, and sprinkler system still not addressed. Used to be a decent place....it's section 8 bound."

"Started out nice. Then the pools would go WEEKS without being cleaned. Every season, lived here for over a year, hot weather comes and the pools are green. After having a gaping hole in the fence of the back of the property for over a year that was never fixed, and many complaints, they decided to tear down the whole thing a few feet. Now so many streetwalkers can step over this “wall”. I’ve had my car broken into soon after that. And as I was moving out, the manager didn’t leave any notes on my account as she was moving to a new position. So the new manager sent an incorrect bill for thousands. Not to mention they allow the most obnoxious upstairs neighbors, a young couple with a screaming child. They would leave trash outside all of our walkways and doorsteps and distrupt everyone with their screaming and honking in middle of the night. Everything was mismanaged and unorganized, and neglected."

"Place is a dump. Just been rotting over the years and no upgrade. Sauna never existed, misleading advertisement. Ghetto with no security. I have been a tenant there for 5+ years. The assistant manager(Teresa Moore)is racist. Place is a bad vibe. I have been a tenant there for over 5 years, the new manager Teresa Moore is racist amongst people of color. She will threaten to call the police on you, and will do so if she feels uncomfortable with your presence, She is a Mega Karen. The apartments haven't been renovated since they were built. All appliances are old, need two run the washer and dishwasher, dryer twice a load,Sauna never opened up, they lock the pools with a chain whenever they want, will enter your apartment without a notice. They have no security so package theft and others is very common. Bugs and roaches all over. This place is a dump. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY IF RENT FALLS BEHIND THEN THEY CARE, ELSEWISE THIS IS THE WORST COMPLEX I BEEN TO."

"If I could leave a zero I would. I lived at this place for a year and let me start off with saying that never again would I live somewhere were I know for a fact the staff don’t care. The maintenance team doesn’t care about fixing the mold in apartments because it’s expensive they rather hide it with paint. Then my ac went out when it was a horrible heat wavy and it took them 48 hours to come and check it out that’s not including the fact that they couldn’t fix it right away and the. Maintenance team had attitude because they had to stop what they were doing 48 hours later to come check out the ac after we complained to the front office over and over. Then on top of that my water heater broke and my house flooded in the living room and on the balcony and they didn’t give me knew carpet even though you can smell the wet carpet and it smelt horrible. Now I can go on and on but if you think it’s a great place because the office people seem super nice while you’re signing the lease you have another thing coming. I worked there and I can tell you they don’t put the tenants first. Also my refrigerator kept going out and they just fixed it temporarily but when I would leave and be gone for hours then come back home and my stuff in the freezer is defrosted they would say they couldn’t do anything…and that’s wasted food of course.. it’s just so much and I pray that whoever moves in here doesn’t tolerate the maintenance not doing there job and the front office not caring .also the reviews are often asked to be done right after signing the lease"
