"Still no security deposit refunded. Emails and texts ignored. The tenant before us was given zero refund, so we made sure the rental was in better condition than when we moved in. We even hired a cleaning company. At least a response would be professional. A refund would be honest. It’s past the 14 days they legally have to give us a list of damages."
