"Well the apartment wasn't clean when I moved in the toilet was leaking and leaked worse after they "fixed" it the first time. I reported that my mailbox wouldn't open in the first week they did nothing for over a month. When I went to ask for a progress report they had done nothing and just barely send someone out to look at it now after I've had to come back for it again."
"The office staff Corey and Brooke are great and always willing to help with anything I need help with! The manager Shavol is the best!! She is so caring and works hard to keep the property in top shape!! The maintenance guys keep grounds great and apartments looking good!"
"The community is well taken care of, maintenance guys do a good job keeping it clean, called in to speak with office staff today. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brooke, she did a great job helping me resolve my concerns! Office staff is always dependable when you need something addressed!"
