"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They do not care about you or your security. They will do nothing to help you feel safe and will not work with you when you have multiple police reports from the 2 months we have lived there. 60 days notice + 3 months rent? Please do yourself a favor and move on to a safer place to live. This company has now sent my daughter a bill for over 10k dollars and sold it to a collection agency. This company is not interested in your safety. Do not rent from this place. Customer service and professionalism is mind-numbing ☹️ Follow-up ... Per the response from Crismon Gateway we called the office to get this taken care of and they are still refusing to work with us or listen to our concerns. This place has no concern for your well being. Pending charges and move out policy?! You had no interest in talking when we were concerned about her safety after the police having to be called multiple times for someone being in her backyard."

"I loved how small and homey the complex felt, as well as how close I was to almost everything. the home was pretty with vinyl floors, lots of windows and granite tabletops, minus the previous renters scuffs and marks throughout the home it was nice. I loved how private the backyard felt and my neighbors were so warm and welcoming! Gizelle really helped me out with her communication and patience. A couple months in my dishwasher broke and I had to hand wash all my dishes for about a month waiting on parts. Of course it’s not anyone’s fault so when asking for a concession for the lack of an appliance I was approved. we decided not to renew our lease for a couple of reasons. First we didn’t have any fans to start with, the walls drove me nuts they are chalky and it’s so hard not to get any marks on them. Easy to clean but hard to maintain. No gym, and it’s pricey!!! For what it is I feel like it was a total scam living there. Almost 1900$ a month for a one bedroom, I didn’t even have a garage added to that or pets. Which are all big charges. Im almost paying 400$ less than that for a bigger, and nicer place. Crimson was great but it definitely had its faults."

"We are going into our second year of living here and truly have been very satisfied with everything. This is a small complex which allows you to park right up to your unit. The maintenance in the apartments are great excellent pool and spa. Our property manager Gisele is always willing to help out if need be. We really don’t have any complaints excellent neighbors quiet area hoping to spend quite a few years here. Believe me when we say that these large complexes are so uninviting, and this place definitely feels like home!"

"I lived here while the community was still being built. The only issue I'd have. Is I wish the backyards would have been done better but that isn't current management's fault. They worked with me on a good deal to extend my lease and not rise rent way up on me. And since I have no one else to pay my bills. I really appreciated the fact Gizelle worked with me. I got into a situation when she first started here and she was nothing but helpful to me. The community is quite and I love that. I'm happy here."
