"I lived here and it was horrible. I had my neighbors complaining everyday about traffic,never once did I ever play my music loud. The neighbors were selling drugs in and out everyday and I am the one who got evicted. I think the managers here must be druggies because I don't even do drugs nor sell them and I got evicted. It's sad. Everyone is popping in and out of apartments here and they chose to evict me. It's disgusting here..FOX10 news should be warned and talked to about this place every morning when i would wake up to make my coffee cockroaches would be crawling around everywhere in the cupboards. This place is a HUGE health and safety hazard..hopefully someone checks this place out..DISGUSTING and SCARY!!!!im serious..very big health hazzard..5 deaths in 6 months...NOT good!!!i pray to god someone could these apartments out..really gross and un sanitary!!"
"I just moved in also. The outside lights are still broken so it's very dark in parking lot. There is also a man who let's the homeless sleep on his apartment at night then they hang out all day in the parking lot. The manager does not return phone calls so there's not much point in calling. Good place if you can afford nothing else"
"So I moved in a month ago. Now, I want to say this. If you are looking at this place or any other property owned by the same company, then there are reasons why you are. This is affordable and pretty much for low income. You shouldn’t be expecting it to be the Ritz. First there is no office here so you would have to go to another place to even see an apartment. Second, that disastrous apartment that was looked at, is not even available and is in the middle of being repaired, because of its state. Just because the door was left wide open, doesn’t give a person the right to trespass. I have things that need repair, but it’s summer, people’s AC’s are going out left and right. My repair does not hinder my life and is not as detrimental as AC. It may take a little time to get to my repair, but I’m sure my patience and cooperation will be much more appreciated, then nagging, complaining, and being a thorn in their side. Don’t complain, you more than likely don’t have very many options."
