"Beautiful, clean, and quiet apartment complex with fun amenities. We LOVED this complex! The landscaping is well kept and always green. The management team is very communicative and friendly. Jamie at the front was always so helpful and kind. Even the maintenance team was quick to help with any repairs. The location is in a great area and close to the freeway. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment and management team. All apartments should strive to be like this. Go MAA citygate!"

"This has been the best apartment experience! My husband and I moved in this apartment complex Jan 2023 when we found out I was Pregnant with our first baby. We wanted to be in a quieter, nicer apartment. We felt comfortable bringing a baby into the world being here. We would have absolutely renewed at this place but we are moving into a house. Jaime and Kim have been incredible (office management). We’ve brought our baby to the front office and the girls are just so sweet. The maintenance is absolutely amazing you have an issue and they will be at your door next day to fix it. We are moving out in April and are sure the move out process will be smooth just like the move in. We have to extend our move out date a week from our lease ending(timing for the house) and they had no problem accommodating. They have a move out cleaner and carpet cleaner service ( it’s required you pay for professional carpet cleaning at move out) and I think that is so nice! You just pack up your stuff and they do the rest. With having a 5 month old (she will be 7 months by the time we move) it’s super convenient and I think pretty affordable. Anyway! We’ve loved it here and highly recommend this place. Only issue we had was the scorpions we did see two live ones in our apartment but they have pest control come every Friday and they had no problem spraying for us anytime we wanted. After we got on a schedule of them spraying once a month we started to see dead ones! We live in the desert so it’s to be expected. The winter they disappeared thankfully."

"This is probably my favorite apartment experience. Move-in to move-out everyone was great. We only moved because we bought a house but would have stayed if we hadn’t. The amenities are nice. The ladies in the office are understanding and prompt to take care of concerns. The maintenance guys were great and resolved requests quickly."
