"Please save your money. We lived here for one whole year, and in that time, I had my catalytic converter stolen, our neighbors motorcycle was stolen, the trash is always overflowing and smells so bad any complaint we had we were told that they would contact us again in a few days....they never did. When we lived there, the police were constantly responding to domestic disputes, and when it rains, the parking lots flood, so you have to walk through dirty three inch deep rain water. Not to mention the fact that when we moved in, we had to clean the whole apartment ourselves. Even though the office staff told us they had a cleaning company come in and clean it. There was urine all over the toilet, a broken razor blade in the carpet, I found fingernail clippings everywhere, and it smelled like smoke to no end. Not to mention that people would dumpster dive all the time, so if you do decide to live here, please don't take your trash out at night. The one time I accidentally sent a package here instead of my P.O. box, it was stolen. Not to mention if you want to have guests over good luck. There's absolutely almost no guest parking, so our friends had to park at the Walgreens around the corner. Please just save yourself the time and money and don't move here."

"I don't recommend living here as it's felt less and less safe within the last few months and it's definitely not "luxury at it's finest". My home has been targeted at least three times in the last few months with trash, pumpkins, and recently rocks. I've called the police and informed the office. I've been advised to install personal security cameras by the office manager as a solution. I've lived here for 3 years. The first year by the front office in a 1 bd, 1 bath where the dryer never worked and wasn't replaced until I was weeks away from moving out and into a bigger unit. Maintenance advised to put smaller amounts of clothes in as a fix. I began to take my wet clothes to the closest laundromat to dry and informed the office Rep but nothing was done still. Maintenance requests turnaround times are notorious and require follow ups for an initial response or for their temporary band-aid fixes. The office response was it's due to short staff. I moved into a 2 bd 2 bath on the opposite side of the complex near the back entrance that wasn't ready to be moved into. There was a hole in the kitchen ceiling, a water damaged, rippled section of drywall in the hallway, and my 2 year old son's bedroom window that wouldn't open and that I continuously followed up on. It wasn't fixed until last month after I advised I'd have to call the Fire Marshall. The trash is full the same day the dumpsters are emptied, the apartments are off of 2 busy streets and the passing sounds of cars penetrate through the unforgiving walls, and the outside common grounds reak of animal urine. The office manager is rude and made me feel belittled and attacked when she assumed my visitors were permanently living with me. Elizabeth required me to provide a copy of my guest's current lease or else eviction would follow and they wouldn't accept the following month's rent. I renewed my 3rd year due to COVID hitting. A home should be a safe and welcoming place - Lindsay Palms isn't it."
