"Great place other than the fact that with our new lease comes a $25 monthly fee for our cat in addition to the "one-time" pet deposit we paid. And the washer and dryer will no longer be repaired or replaced by owner."
"They were beautiful and the only reason they got four-stars is because of their location; felt like it was out in the boonies. However, outside of that beautiful apartment although. I was searching for an income based senior community, and somehow this site came up which I found out is not income based,,, they're renting two bedroom-1/bath for $1,300 (which isn't to bad). Also great mgr on site, graciously took the time to show me the property, and also"
"Lived here Almost 8 years until new ownership forced me out because they went too high with the rents!"
"I called them to ask about apartment rates, I was told there are none availible then hung up while I was trying to ask about later dates of availability. This to me is a very bad sign of how their management and customer service is ran."
