"If I could of given this place a zero I would. This place has to be the worst place I've ever lived in my life. We are not happy here. They have bug infestations all the time wether it's winter or summer. I'm talking about roaches crickets and earwigs. It's totally disgusting!! Especially for the money you pay! It's a money racket type of place and they don't even let you live a little. My fiancé and I one day were just minding our own business just enjoying the day having a 6 pack and smoking a cigarette, but oh no it's not allowed at the pool area. We pay our rent on time always. The assistant manager Brandy comes out like a drill sgt. to reprimand me to put out my cigarette and made a big stink about our 6 pack so we had to leave. She was so rude and could of been nicer about it! We didn't know. The people that work here are absolutely miserable with their lives and they take it out on us with the exception of Chris the maintenance guy. He's the only one that actually cares and goes above and beyond to help us out with our maintenance problems. I give him 5 stars! Anyways, Brandy is so rude to everyone and we think she should be fired! She isn't good with the tenants that live here and belittles people. We pay close to two grand to live in this dump and they advertise it to be "luxury apartments " lol what a joke. It feels like your living in the projects actually. For the money we pay we expect to get what we pay for especially with the amenities. That's another thing, they lock down the main pool at 11pm. Back in FL the apartment we used to live in, the pool area was open 24/7. It feels like your living in prison at Stone Canyon. It's far from luxury that's for sure. They are lawyered up so they don't care about maintaining their properties at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This isn't what they make it out to be."

"I have lived her nearly two years and am so blessed to have found Stone Canyon Apartments. First, the Management Team is unquestionably professional, courteous, and kind. They will accommodate you with any desires or inquiries you may have regarding the property, or other issues that 'may' arise. Secondly, the onsite mintenance crew is outstanding. No matter what the problemis you 'may' encounter, they are right there to fix it promptly! Thirdly, there are always events the Management Team puts together, inviting residents to participate in the clubhouse, which certainly promote friendships and connections with other tenants. Additionally, it's a great way to speak to Vanessa and other Management Team Members on a more personal level! Fourthly, there are various trucks that come to Stone Canyon who provide delicious eclectic foods and desserts, which is always a fun time to try new foods. May I also point out the rent payment method online is very simple, as even a computer iliterate like myself can handle it! Fifthly, the location of Stone Canyon Apartments is ideal for shopping, restaurants, schools, as well as access to freeways. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, I would without hesitation, strongly endorse Stone Canyon Apartments as a residence that you will enjoy, and be very happy and content with! I would urge you to speak to Vanessa directly, and she will certainly show you the wonders of these beautifully built apartments, with the numerous amenities! Merry Christmas to all! Mike"

"We moved from out of state, site unseen, we literally chose this complex because of how kind Vanessa was when we would call in. That being said, the apartment itself is great! It has very tall ceilings, and tons of storage which really helps a smaller space feel big, and very functional. The office staff have all been very helpful, we haven’t had any major maintenance requests but for tiny things upon move in, they came very promptly. The grounds are well kept. The two pools are nice. And there’s ample parking. We were pretty nervous about moving somewhere we had never seen before, but it could not have turned out better."
