"two for maintenance but management should be replaced they are unhelpful sneaky and rude multiple residents have had the same experience with Reyna. Before moving in or signing anything we asked to see the unit that would be sold to us and that we would live in but they showed us a different one so we signed and they moved us in to a unit where there are holes everywhere appliances break constantly roach infested and flooding problems every time we used our shower it would flood from everywhere in the house because the foundation is not properly set, we took multiple visits to the front nothing was done i had to yell at these people like they were children just to get something done and even then they still wouldn’t do there job they told my roommate at the time the repair to the valve in the tub was a temporary fix but not me so they canceled the vendor causing us to deal with the flooding an additional month holly and the manager Reyna should both be fired and replaced it was so bad i reported them everywhere i could do not move here the front are a bunch of snakes."

"Move in went extremely smooth. We had some issues with the deadbolt, but the maintenance worker came over right away and fixed the issue. The front office workers are all very friendly, and I had a great experience with Kashmir, who handled the entire move in process."

"***Updated*** Overall disappointed with this place. I was let down from the beginning. Was shown a brand new remodeled apartment and they told me all units looked like that. That was a lie. There are several other issues but most recently I submitted a work order for my A/C unit leaking. It took a week for them to come out and that was only because I called to get an update on it. Even then they were going to push it out another 1-2 days For a leaking A/C unit. You would think that would be a priority. I was then told it was fixed for now but the pipes aren’t great here and that if it happens again to just submit a request. I explained this has already been the second time they have tried to fix it and was told they are old apartments unfortunately you can’t expect much. Really can’t wait to get out of here. Stay far far away. - Just as I expected yet another empty promise and being let down. I emailed the email address they provided outlining my issues and I have yet to get a response with even a simple apology. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. So much for stepping it up and making it right."

"It's not the best place due to the amount of homeless around that area could be worse though. I had 3 people die on the sidewalk outside my home at the bus stop from either a car accident, overdose, or God knows what. Not management's fault. Maintenance here slacked a lot, marked items completed when they were not. The foundation by the outer wall was cracked and I had lots of issues with fighting ants, roaches, and flies from my time sitting behind 7-11. The roaches were sewer roaches that would somehow come in from the outside. at least my place wasn't German roach infested. There's no pedestrian access in and out of the property and it's got speed bumps so high they will break a wheel if you aren't careful. They office charges for amenities that are never really used or worth the cost. The apartments are too small be charged the rates they say they are worth. The place I was in needed counters replaced badly and there were dings, dents, and issues in areas that need repair. They office tried to get things repaired for me, but the maintenance guys are the one who consistently dropped the ball for them. Ladies in the office where always nice to chat with and they gave out lots of event stuff for holidays. At least they tried to keep a community here. Hopefully they get the building more updated and in better conditions."
