"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!This place is just horrible every day that I come home Im extremely saddened. From the time I moved in, it has been terrible. As im reading and signing my lease the woman informs me she no longer had a 12 month lease(as im signing) informs me this will be a 10 month lease now. Then goes on to inform me that even though we have a gym, it will be open from only 10-3pm, it will close when the matience man goes home. Upon moving into the apartment was so dirty, I had to have another compnay come clean it to move in. I paid to have internet connected but none of the wires inside the place worked. Upon move in , In October 2023 only 4 electrical sockets in the entire place worked. They came and fixed them, but I still have no electrical outlets that work in my living room. My kitchen sink has been leaking since I moved it, they have serviced it atleast 3 times, yet its still leaking. The maintenance man has lived on property for multiple years and is not a real maintenance man, hence to why my sink is still leaking. Every other night when you arrive on the property it is pitch black due to them forgetting to turn on the lights. So your scared walking to your car, constantly feeling unsafe. Today 1/30 they send out an email about how we need to have everything looking correctly, owners will be walking the property. The audacity , they take our money every month, and I cant even get my shower door to close properly, and every shower the entire floor is wet. These are just SLUM apartments! I wouldnt ever recommend someone to move here."

"Do not rent here. The do minimal cleaning in between tenants will take your entire deposit regardless of how you leave your apt. Multiple awful managers, not being in office during hrs. I recently had my oven go out and I am now on 3 weeks without being able to cook food. They offered me $150 as an accommodation but required I sign something stating I couldn’t tell anyone they gave it to me. It also stated I couldn’t try to back out of my lease which at that point I have a legal right to pursue. I don’t believe this is an issue with the complex but more the management so lookout for any AMC property likely all terrible"

"I wish I would have known how bad of an apartment complex this is before moving in. I have had multiple issues from day one. First I had to switch apartment, because the one they gave me smelled like smoke. Then I moved next door to it and the smell still came in through the vents. Also the walls are paper thin so we can hear everything they do upstairs. The community is not gated nor do they have any security or cameras. So recently my car got broken into. I asked the apartment manager to give me an update on what security measures they will take. I still haven't heard from her yet. There are better places to rent and spend your money...keep looking!!!"
