"I live at the tides and the lady in the office named Valerie is really awesome. Every time I have a problem or concern I go directly to her and she takes care of it immediately and if she cannot take care of it immediately she puts that top priority and she gets to me either the next day or is she gets a hold of me when she has figured it out and can solve it. She has been the best lady in the office since I've lived here and she cares about all of us around here we can sit in the office and talk to her about anything. Apt 224"

"**DO NOT LIVE HERE** The photos shown above are not factual. The grass is overgrown, and the pool chairs are no longer there. Take a guess as to why. This management posed these apartments as clean and managed. That is not true. We had a manager in the front office almost NEVER. The hours she said she would be there was a lie. You also have to pay the trash, water, and rent. I think you pat for something else, too, but I forget. I have lived here for over 6 years, and nothing has gotten better. The rent gets raised to whatever they find satisfactory. It is ridiculous how much you have to pay to get a yellow-walled bug infected, (probably mold ridden) apartment unit. Now we are getting 30 days to leave because my family has Sector 8. I'll repeat this again: **DO NOT LIVE HERE** The Tides company is full of liars and snakes."

"Where do i start. 2 days before my move in date my mom took my kids to view the unit and a man was literally living there. When i initially paid the $270 i asked them if there was a chance i wouldnt get it. There exact words "thats impossible". they immediately said they would refund the $270. This was months ago. They dont answer calls and i have driven there 7 times. 4 times (including today) nobody was there... the last time i actually got somene they were in a meeting and only answered because i wouldnt stop knocking. When i told the girl i have come 3 other times and no one was there her words were "thats impossible". Luckily my kids were with me and validated it and she said they must have been letting someone see a unit. I have not received a single call back, just empty promises that my money is on the way. Im so tired of wasting my lunch breaks to drive there (with no ac in my car) for nobody to be there. Ive NEVER left a bad review for anyone but i dont know what else to do."

"Slap some lipstick on a pig it's still a pig. The amount of money they are requesting for these old severely outdated apartments is ridiculous. Non gated community, some windows have sun screens, some don't. Not a whole lot of visitor parking...Stairs are unsafe, not properly space or maintained and not well lit. You have to pay water, sewer, trash, parking spot...."
