"I was very interested in an apartment from this complex and scheduling a tour. The first red flag was that my emails went unanswered and it took multiple calls to get ahold of the leasing office during business hours. I scheduled my tour for the Friday after Thanksgiving with Vanessa. Upon arriving, I was met with a locked door and a sign indicating they were closed today. I understand the complex giving the employees the long weekend off however this information was not relayed over to me when I scheduled the appointment or when the decision was made to close on the date of my appointment. I cannot write a proper review of the living experience there as I was denied the ability to be a customer. That is why I gave them two stars."
"The places are not bad but the lady Vanessa in the office was not helpful at all. If you’re going to rent here get everything in writing because they do like to change stuff. Make sure you look over the lease before signing and make sure you see the unit you’re going to move in before signing as well."
