"Not the best place I’ve lived in. I only moved here because i would have been homeless due to the current rent crisis while I look for other housing. I’ve lived in North phoenix apartments with plenty of crime and trashy management but this place takes the cake. Pool never opens, no basket ball courts, no internet services provided. In fact, they use the pool lounge areas as dumpsters while they clean out vacant apartments. Maintenance response times and services are inefficient. Trash is constantly in the public areas of the complex. Parking is terrible. In my building in particular, there was a shooting between residents. So be aware of your neighbors and your surroundings over in this area. Definitely not worth $1400+ for a standard 2 b 2ba that they advertise. At least my place doesn’t have bugs like some other unlucky residents have had. Their office closes at 4pm now. So for those working a 9-5, good luck reaching them unless you take a day off. Also to the management, don’t leave a giant stuff bear outside your office to advertise vacancy. There’s been a lot of rain lately and that thing is gonna get moldy and gross. Put some money into your complex that you say you take pride in because we know you have it with how much you’re charging. Clean up the place at the very least. Also you will be paying an additional $3-$4 per transaction to pay rent online. But if you want to pay via money order, they also charge an additional fee. Complete rip off. Complex should seriously consider switching to a better online payment system. Renters beware!"
