"Came here to check out an apartment they had for rent but were closed at 11 am for a meeting until 2 pm? Thats crazy on top of that there was a pest control guy that showed up and went to some aparments so the reviews about roaches are probably accurate. Dont wanna take any chances."

"Run like hell Worst place ever!!!!!!! Infested with cockroaches! The manager has never once answered our phone calles! We have been calling her and the maintenance man over the cockroaches and have left voicemails it has been two weeks that I have been calling them and about two months we've lived here I can't even turn on the light without having to kill 50 cockroaches and I am a neat freak.. so I know the whole apartment must be infested well I know because other tendons have told me! They never answer the damn phone for anything.. and she is never in the office! We are going to start taking legal actions! I have 2 kids in this place that the cockroaches are crawling all over and one is a newborn! We also moved in with holes all over in the walls!! That I have told them about..."

"The 2 bedrooms here are great. The rent is very reasonable and electricity bills here are super cheap even in the summer. The new appliances alone should make the rent here way more than it is. Yes...kids and neighbors can sometimes be noisy but that exists everywhere. I have no complaints. Been here for 2 years and I love it. Whenever something breaks or needs fixing, it gets fixed that day or the day after. Marla has always been very helpful during the 2 years I've lived here."

"I lived here in 2015 , staff is NEVER there or available to assist you, maintenance man was rude to my children and couldn't even speak English ..violent fights and unattended children screaming all day every day. No issues were ever addressed. Might I add that the apartments are infested with roaches!!!! I couldn't even cook through out the whole yr I lived there because a swarm of roaches would come out with any sign of food. I would wake up to roaches on me and my children ...u kill one roach and a bunch of baby roaches swarm the kitchen we got several notices that they were going to bomb the apartments and it was never done ...Marla the office lady had my car towed because I parked in a vacant covered parking when someone parked in my parking and didn't reimburse for the 200 fee and the towing company the complex went through is extremely rude and unhelpful. If this place was reported I swear to go they would be shut down until they met health inspection qualifications. Also when I moved out she said I was not out on my move out date when I was out of there in a heart beat and screwed with my credit reporting that I owed over 200.00 still...everyone that occupies these apartments are criminals and or illegals ...she doesn't even do a background check or makes sure those on the lease are the ones that live there ... i couldnt even take my furniture with me when i moved because there was nothing but bugs living in them of the time i lived there i pretty much stayed at my moms and paid for an empty infested two bedroom apartment HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW PLACES LIKE THIS EXISTED ROACHES GALORE AND NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT AT ALL!!!!!!!! MUST BE REPORTED TO PHX HEALTH DEPARTMENT! !!!"

"This place is infested with roaches first of all. Management will tell you one thing then recant. You can't get anything fixed and bombing for roaches needs to be done weekly here. The water has a lead film when you run a bath. A carbon of some sort. Your neighbors will freak you out. Don't even think of making this place your home. Beware!!!"
