Mesa Royale Apartments

"Wanted to move in, but did not qualify. I paid application fee and a deposit. It has been over 3 weeks and I am just getting the run a round and deposit not returned. Not happy."

"I was so pleased to move into Mesa Royale, after seeing it, and seeing all the great activities I moved in one week after it closed down from COVID19. Bad timing. So, Mesa Royale was never the same. People quit and was slow to be replaced, if ever, such as a "full-time" Manager. Over the past two years, I've become really disappointed in Mesa Royale because of the inattention to items that need attention and/or repair. The rent goes up (mine $200) but we see nothing in return. I know there are shortages in product and I try to keep an open mind in that regard. However, I do feel the office could do better in keeping the residents aware of what is going on. A couple of items I have concerns about is Maintenance used to come around on a regular basis and check batteries and change air filters. Now you have to put in a work order, yourself. The other thing is not getting the elevators checked regularly. The elevator near me was last checked on 5/20. Mesa Royale has the possibility of being one of the most top rated places to live but the way it's being run at present, that's not going to happen. Such a shame."

"My wife and I were there back in October 2021 looking at the apartment complex,we really liked it for all the amenities and the apartment we were shown was just what we are looking for.peggy was very nice.we are just waiting for a 2br apartment to open up."

"We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. First in a one bedroom, now in 2/2. The rent goes up every year in spite of the fact that these are older apartments with basic amenities. The apartments are dark even with patio glass doors. Some apartments have laminate floors but If you.get one with carpet, it is cheap grade and hard to keep clean. Air conditioners run loudly outside the bedrooms. Noise overhead is not buffered at all and floors creak and squeak. Refrigerators make strange groaning noises day and night. Needless to say it is good if you are hard of hearing. Feral cats abound as residents leave food about. Thus ants and roaches are not in short supply. Maintenance is diligent in trying to keep up with the demands. She is the best part of living here. The grounds are maintained reasonably. If you live on the back side near golf course you have to be on the watch for errant golf balls. There is a pool table, game room and nice outdoor patio for visiting with neighbors. Nice safe neighborhood for walking. Fry's within walking distance."

"New Management is excellent. making improvements. Great amenities. Simple older apartments. has fast turn around on maintanence Issues. best landscaped property in area. Love golf course patio but can't use since umbrellas all broken at tables. Promised replacement 4 months ago! Nice people live here but must be able to see lots of walkers. Extra charge for limited carports"
