"I’ve lived here for over a year. It’s been a rather enjoyable experience for apartment living. I have always felt safe on the property which was very important to me. Everyone in the front office has been pleasant and professional. I rarely have had issues within the apartment, but when I had them the Maintenance staff has always been excellent to address any issues. I can tell they put pride into their work to ensure the grounds look amazingly and things run smoothly for the residents."

"I’m from Valley King Properties in Mesa. I spoke to Kaitlyn briefly about some business matters, but she was amazing! She was super kind. The first thing I noticed walking into the office was how good it smelled! There were so many residents at the pool and the little candy cart they had there was adorable.
